  1. Dear IGCSE Team,
I am in 9th grade (the starting of it). Should I start worrying about my IGCSE Exams? Are the IGCSE Exams hard and is it possible to get a A star?

    Thank you

    • Hello Vishwa,

      Thank you for writing in.

It is never too early to prepare for IGCSE. But we suggest that you stop worrying, instead start focusing.

We have members who started our courses in Grade 9, and we have also produced many A/A* candidates worldwide. It’s not impossible to achieve an A*/A if you follow our revision course programme diligently. You may read some of our members’ testimonials here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/online-courses/

Please feel free to contact us if you need assistance with the course registration.

  2. Dear IGCSE Team,
Regarding the IGCSE Subjects Syllabus, it said that it has been updated until 2023-25 however when I checked, few of the subjects were not updated until 2023-25. Could you please check once again for all the subjects and update it to 2023-25 as soon as possible? Could you also please check for Cambridge O Level Subjects Syllabus, Edexcel IGCSE Subjects Syllabus, and Cambridge AS and A Level Subjects Syllabus to see if they are updated or not? I hope its not too much work. I hope you can check for all these (IGCSE Subjects Syllabus, Cambridge O Level Subjects Syllabus, Edexcel IGCSE Subjects Syllabus, Cambridge AS and A Level Subjects Syllabus).

    Thank you
    Vishwa Desai

  4. Dear Igcse Team,
I am supposed to be taking the exams next year but I am really confused about what subjects I should choose.I’ve heard that the minimum is 5 subjects.I want to become a teacher and I have chosen English,Maths,Science and Malay. But I am still blurred on which subjects to take.I hope you can advise me on that. And also, would you kindly give me references so that I could get good grades?I would really appreciate your help.

    • Hello Nicole,

The core subject groups: English Group, Maths Group, and Science Group fits most universities’ entry requirements. But we strongly suggest that you inquire directly to your preferred university for their subject entry requirements. In this way, you can choose the right subjects from now.

You may want to consider our A* online courses to help you with your exam preparations. These courses had produced many A* candidates worldwide. We suggest that you register as early as possible so you will have sufficient time to go through the course before the exams.
