Does the number of subjects above the minimum requirement of 5 in IGCSE affect in any way in terms of higher studies and university admissions?

College/university entry requirements are usually based on required subjects taken, not the amount of subjects taken. We suggest that you check with the universities that you wish to apply to, and get the confirmation on required subjects in accordance with the course you would like to study in the university. In this way, you would have 100% assurance that you have chosen the right subjects for your future studies.
