    • Hello Riki,

It is recommended that you have completed IGCSE (or equivalent qualification) subject counterpart before proceeding to A Level.

With regards to the minimum grades, it is best that you visit the colleges/school’s website to find out what are the minimum grades and subjects that you need in order to get an admission into their A Level courses.

      We hope this helps.

    • Hello Denipitiya,

We would like to clarify that IGCSE and A Level are not equivalent qualifications. Normally, students who completed O Level/IGCSE will proceed to A Level.

We strongly suggest that you check with the college/university that you wish to apply on the minimum grades required as entry requirement for A Level.

  1. what happens if i fail 2 subjects (not compulsory) out of 7 in my olevels? will i pass my olevels even if i don’t retake them?

    • Hello Meow,

It will depend if the two subjects are part of the entry requirements for your further studies. We suggest that you check with your preferred university for the final confirmation.

  2. I gave 3 papers of o levels’s in may june 2019 then 3 in may june 2020 now i have missed my remaining 2 papers in oct nov 2020..Actually i want to say that can i give these 2 remaining papers in next year?

    • Hello Zeeshan,

A general guideline is to take your O Level exams within 13 months. Usually university/college would accept combining results from separate examination series, but within a certain period, for example: within 13 months or 24 months, depending on each university’s entry requirements.

  3. I want to know if i completed my 10 grade in saudi arabia so the Cambridge schools in my area will accept me or not for the studies?

    • Hello Areeba,

We suggest that you contact your preferred school for their entry requirements. Please bear in mind that schools usually won’t take new students at grade 11, some even at grade 10. You must contact the respective school for confirmation.
