Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to November 2024 examination series. Year 2026 Specimen papers are now available.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

  • Updated up to November 2024 series past exam papers. YAY!
  • 2027 Specimen papers are now available.
  • “Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
  • DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

    Thank you for the incredible effort, these past papers are helping me everyday…
    I would like to ask you about the grade threshold, the mark specified for each grade is the maximum or minimum mark? For example for 0625 physics one of the exams says that A* is 152, so this is the minimum mark for the grade??

HI, I was looking through grade thresholds of october/november 2014 for Physics 11,31,61 and I found that for an A* 160 is needed, im not sure whether its meant that 160/160 should be gained but to be honest, i feel like that is very hard to get, could you please let me know what it is all about and whther full marks are actually needed, thankyou!
