Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to November 2024 examination series. Year 2026 Specimen papers are now available.

Important announcement:
Latest updates for year 2025 examination series is out now. Get the June 2025 exam timetables on our new site Skolatis.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

Updated up to November 2024 series past exam papers. YAY!
2027 Specimen papers are now available.
“Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

Today I finished my geography paper and I was wondering if marks would be given if u wrote something that is correct but no keywords??

I wanted to know that for eg: for 1line if we write an answer and then feel it’s wrong answer, so then we strike and write the answer above, below or at the side, basically not within the line space provided. So will the examiner read our answer and mark us?
And what should we do when one entire paragraph answer is wrong? Where should we write the correct one?

  Hello Meme,
  Just cross out the wrong word/words with ONE neat line will do. If there is no space beside, you can write above.
  
  If the entire paragraph is wrong, then cross out the entire paragraph with diagonal line, and ask the invigilator for a new answer sheet. If you get a new answer sheet, you must write the question number on it. So the examiner will know this answer is for which question. Before submitting your paper, you MUST fasten all your answer sheets securely. So you don’t lose any one during the handling.

    In my English as a second language extended reading and writing I wrote the See you and my name in the email question below the lines provided because I had no more space. I heard that papers are scanned in to be marked. Is it the whole paper that is scanned in or strictly just the lines only?

      New answer sheets mean a new sheet of paper with lines on it for you to write your answer. They must have more to give out to candidates. Just ask.
