Cambridge IGCSE Past Exam Papers

Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are now updated up to June 2025 examination series. Year 2026 Specimen papers are now available.

Important announcement:
Latest updates for year 2025 examination series is out now. Get the November 2025 and March 2026 exam timetables on our new site Skolatis.

Cambridge IGCSE is being offered by CAIE (Cambridge Assessment International Education) board from The University of Cambridge. These Cambridge IGCSE past exam papers are copyrighted by UCLES.

Updated up to June 2025 series past exam papers. YAY!
2027 Specimen papers are now available.
“Specimen Papers” would be available when there is a change of syllabus for that year. Otherwise, “Specimen Papers” would not be available when the syllabus stays the same.
DO NOT download the past papers at last minute. We strongly suggest you to download everything you need at least 4 months before the exam.

Hello Igcse centre,
I am trying to subscribe for gratitude access but unable to do the payment through any mode i.e credit card or debit card even paypal its showing the same message again
“Things unable to work at the moment please try again later”
Is there any other way to do the payment.

      Unfortunately, the new platform has limitations and cannot handle the demands. Many members are encountering “Error” message. As such, we have decided to discontinue “Gratitude Access” along with our library of resources until further notice. We’ve already issued a full refund.   We are now implementing ?Gratitude Access?. For a small amount of membership fee monthly, it allows you to continue accessing our resources without interruption, no disturbing ads blocking around, and your agreement to use the resources with respect.
  
  We are not selling the past exam papers. You still can download all the past papers free of charge once you log in. The subscription is to block ungrateful people and to provide uninterrupted access to our free resources. It also serves as a binding agreement that you would appreciate and use the free resources with respect, without causing troubles to others.
  
  Alternatively, you may google for past papers on other sites. Thank you for understanding.

  Here are some tips for you:
  – The number of marks is a guide to how long to spend on each question or parts of a question.
  – If a part of a question is worth three marks you should make at least three separate points. Be careful to not make the same point three times.
  – When reading the question, decide which area of physics is being asked. Do not just look at a few words as it may lead to misunderstanding the question.
  – The questions usually include stimulus materials that contains all the relevant information. The information can be given in different ways: a diagram, a graph or a table. Study the materials thoroughly as it often provide clues and answers to the question.
