Hello John,
This depends on your further study. We suggest that you check the colleges/universities you have in mind and check their entry requirements.
Hello igcse i am a somali student i don’t know how i enter the exam can you give me something about how and where the exam enters
Hi Maxamed,
If you wish to register in a formal school, you must enrol into a registered Cambridge school which offers IGCSE. Please search for the nearest Cambridge school in your area here: https://www.cambridgeinternational.org/i-want-to/find-a-cambridge-school/
Or if you wish to register as a private candidate, your local British Council is the best place for you to sit for your exams or you can check the nearest Cambridge school and check if they accept private candidates.
Hi IGCSE Team,
I’m exercising for English as a Second Language by doing past exams but I don’t exactly understand how to mark exercise 3 (Information transfer) because it says that the total or Sections A and B should be 6 marks but there are 12 questions so for example what mark should I give myself if I only do 1 error? I’m sure I can’t give 5.5 marks.
Thank you.
Hello Luca,
The information transfer task has been removed. Each paper now has six exercises .
Kindly download the updated subject syllabus here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/

Hi Zuha,
Someone has reported our Google Drive. Thus our Google drive has become redundant. We are not able to share the files, and all the files are no longer be publicly accessible, even to people who have the link.
In a span of a week, we tried to rebuild a new platform where we aim to provide uninterrupted access to our library of resources, and to continue providing help to others. However, even with countless sleepless nights, the platform did not work properly. Many members encountered “Error” message. The new platform cannot handle the demand when the limit is reached. In the end, we believe that it is rather unfair if we continue with our new platform when it does not deliver its promise of uninterrupted access. We’ve refunded all members and made an announcement here on our site.
We are currently working on our library of resources however we do not have a fixed date on when it will be available again. We’ve learned that there is no quick fix for this issue.
Furthermore, we always advise students to download all the papers at least months before the exam. We suggest that you google for alternative sources of past papers. Thank you.
Hey IGCSE Centre Team,
I am sorry learn that all the great work that you have put together is now put off someone for no good reason. This has been a great source for me as an educator to help students and also develop learning resources. I am really looking forward to you guys fixing this glitch and stay being the learning champions you guys have been.
Hello Vamshi,
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really appreciate it. We wish you well on your future endeavours.

Hi Vedika,
We are continuously working on it. We’ve learned that there are no quick fix for this problem. Thank you for your patience.
