Last March, someone has reported our Google Drive. Thus our Google drive has become redundant. We are not able to share the files, and all the files are no longer be publicly accessible, even to people who have the link.
We are currently fixing our library of resources. We suggest that you subscribe to our newsletter for the announcement. Alternatively, kindly google alternative source of past paper. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Zeyad,
You’re very much welcome. 🙂
Dear IGCSE team,
For the IGCSE and O Level syllabuses in Business Studies, Economics, Literature (New) and EVM are there any differences?
Thanks and regards.
Hello Dhruv,
Kindly download the syllabus here and do the comparison:
IGCSE: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/
O-level: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-o-level-subjects-syllabuses/
IGCSE and O-level are of equivalent qualification. IGCSE set internationally recognised standards while O-level were developed to meet specific local needs. Furthermore, IGCSE uses a variety of assessment techniques to test oral and practical skills, initiative and problem-solving and application of skills, knowledge and understanding. A coursework option is available in many syllabuses, allowing schools an element of personal choice and giving teachers the chance to share in the process of assessment. On the other hand, O-level offers fewer coursework options than IGCSE. The focus of O-level languages is on writing and reading skills and there are more restricted practical test options in O-level sciences.
Hi,
I was looking through the grade boundaries and found that is was written components. Please could you tell me what components mean and how grade boundaries work?
Thanks
Hello Bob,
Kindly read this article to guide you in the marking and grading process: https://www.igcsecentre.com/guide-to-the-marking-and-grading-process-of-exam-papers/
There is a compulsory combination of papers needed for each subject and each paper makes up your component grade. Furthermore, each component has its weighting factor. Weighting factor is the value assigned by CIE to indicate the importance of each component. You may download the weighting factors here: https://www.cambridgeinternational.org/Images/206341-syllabus-component-weighting-factors.pdf
Lastly, grade boundaries or most often called as grade threshold is the minimum number of marks that a candidate needs to obtain a particular grade in a paper or in a subject. These thresholds are decided after each examination has been taken and marked. The aim in each year (or examination series) is to set each threshold in just the right place to ensure that it is no more difficult and no less difficult to obtain that grade than it was in the previous year.
Thanks
You’re welcome, Bob.
