  1. Dear igcse centre,
Thank you very much for everything you provide for students. I wanted to ask, what is required to join your igcse online courses? It says that proof of candidate’s identitiy is compulsory, how does that happen? I will be sitting my exams in June

    • Hello Eman,

Thank you for your interest. The exam registration slip and candidate proof of identity (National ID/Passport) are required to enrol into our courses. If you will be registering for the June series and exam registration slip is not available, you may use your current school ID to prove that you are a student.

        • Hi Eman,

If you will be sitting in for June 2020 examinations, we suggest that you register in our March-April revision course next year.

The content of our revision course follows the current syllabus for the current examination and since there will be a change in the syllabus next year, we need to update our programme too.

        • Hi Khadija,

Thank you for your interest. We are afraid you might not have enough time to finish everything in time. If your exam is not this coming November series, you can wait for the next revision session next year. The next revision session would be from February-April 2020. Do subscribe to our newsletter so you won’t miss our announcement once the registration starts.

Alternatively, you might be interested to purchase our exam model answers. Our model answers will show you what is an A* answer like:

  3. Dear IGCSE Centre,
I have just started 10th grade but for my final 9th grade exams, my grades were 4 Bs and 2 Ds. My weakest subjects are Chemistry and ICT, however i also struggle with English and Maths. I would appreciate it if you could allow me to get my practise papers checked by an examiner, to know where i stand.

If there any more tips you have to helping me achieve all 6 A*, i would be happy to impliment them. Thank you for reading my message.

    • Hello Khushi,

Start as early as possible. You can revise the subjects from the beginning. Highlight the important facts that you think could be on the test (you should refer to the latest syllabus on what is expected during exams here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/). You can then use the past exam papers as your revision. Start with the latest papers as they have the newest syllabus format and continue with the older ones date back from 5 to 10 years. Then, revise on the most common mistakes that you always seem to make. Pay attention to the most common mistakes you always seem to make. Make notes and revise them, so you can avoid making the same mistakes in your actual exam.

You can also check our A* online revision courses. These had helped numerous students to score A* The revision course provides video tutorial, revision timetable, downloadable exam-style practices, common mistakes candidates make during the exams, and also examiners’ advice. Every year we have two revision sessions. Our next revision session will be in August-September. Find out more here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-revision-courses/
