      • Hi, I’m an IGCSE student and I got 1 A, 3Bs, 2Cs, 2Ds, and 1 E, I failed Physical Education on which I got a D but I want to do sports science next year. Also, I want to do higher level English next year for IB but I got a D in literature but a B in English language. Is it possible if I can still take them? Thank you so much.

        • Hi Bianca,
You can proceed to IB. However, please check on what is the minimum grades required for university in your field of study. If they require minimum grade B, you must resit the subjects.

      • Hi!
        I did my IGCSE exam on May/June and my marks in : EFL E , Extended math C , ICT C , Biology D , TT D Business D and Economics E.
Does it means I’m failed or passed?

        • Hello there,
You have achieved minimum grade for each subject. However, you need to check with the university on what is the minimum grade they require as entry requirement. If your grades do not fulfil their minimum requirement, you need to re-take the required subjects.

  3. Hi, I am from Malaysia. I did poorly, only managed to get an A and a C. I need one more C to qualify for local Malaysian college. Can I resit the paper’s which I did poorly? If I am able to score another C, can I combine the Cs that I scored from the two sittings and apply for further study?

    • Hi Daniel,
Yes, definitely you can resit any subject that you wish. You can choose which certificate to use for your college application.
