Hello there. May I know the difference between First Language English and English as a Second Language please. Did go to the British Council in Kuala Lumpur a few weeks ago yo enquire about the subjects and fee and the lady told me to refer to their website. No explanation was given.

  First Language English is designed for learners whose mother tongue is English. Learners develop the ability to communicate clearly, accurately and effectively in both speech and writing.
