Hello!
I’ll be appearing for Feb-March series this year. I want to pursue medical, so how should I apply for colleges once the results are out? I have taken Bio, Chem, Phy , Math and 2 languages
Different colleges have different selection preferences, therefore you should check the individual college websites. If after consulting the websites you have any further queries about admissions requirements, do get in touch with the admissions office at your preferred College.
Good day.
If a learner wrote 3 IGCSE subjects in 2018, one being English, but wishes to write 2 different subjects and change her choices, will she be able to write the additional IGCSE exams at the end of 2020?
Candidates are free to choose their subjects in different examination series. However, if they are attached to a school, they must abide the school?s subject options.
Hello. Would love to become an accountant but i’ve been advised to take Core maths. I understand they’re reasoning but won’t a C in Math affect the possibilties of me becoming an accountant?
If you wish to pursue a career in accountancy, you do need Maths subjects. We suggest that you continue with Mathematics (Extended). Furthermore, we strongly suggest you check with the university you wish to apply to as each university and its programs has their own set of entry requirements.
We may be able to help you with your Maths problems. We have online revision courses. These had helped numerous students to score A*. The revision course provides video tutorial, revision timetable, downloadable exam-style practices, common mistakes candidates make during the exams, and also examiners? advice. Our next revision course will be in March-April 2019. The registration will open one month before the revision course starts. We suggest that you subscribe to our newsletter so you won?t miss our announcement once the registration starts. Please kindly find out the details here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-revision-courses/.
There is a compulsory combination of papers needed for each subject and each combination has a different option code. Please consult your teacher / exam centre properly, before you make any mistake.
If you wish to enrol in Medicine program, the usual required subjects are English, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Add Maths. We strongly suggest you check with the university you wish to apply to as each university and its programs has their own set of entry requirements.
Thank you for your visit! We have got a new site. Please go to our new site Skolatis.com to leave your comments and continue the hot discussions! See you there!

Does Economics IGCSE (zone 3) 2019 have an option code? I need to submit an entry for June 2019. Thanks in advance for the reply
Hi Philip,
There is a compulsory combination of papers needed for each subject and each combination has a different option code. Please consult your teacher / exam centre properly, before you make any mistake.
Alternatively, you may check your administrative zone here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-exam-schedules/, to find out your variant code. Then download the syllabus here: https://www.igcsecentre.com/cambridge-igcse-subjects-syllabuses/, to know the combination you want.
