To get a scholarship, you need to be achieving minimum Grade A or above for all subjects. Not only Maths.

    • Hi Hafsa,
Yes, Biology is one of the consideration subjects. You may want to contact the university and ask what is the minimum grade required.

  4. Hi, I’m a student heading into Year 10/ 9th Grade. I have studied in the United States all my life, and this coming year I will most likely be transitioning to a British school. I was curious when the GSCE’s were taken during the year and if you would recommend going to a British school for the first time in Year 10. Many close acquaintances of mine who have experience with British schools have advised me against it because of its difficulty, but when I asked at the school, they told me that asan honors student in the US, it will be relatively easy. Thanks in advance and I apologize for any mistakes in the terms or names of things, not too familiar with the system yet but trying my best to learn quickly. Thanks again!

    • Hi Youssef,
IGCSE is well recognised worldwide. It would be a good idea to take this syllabus. Do not compare your own ability with your acquaintances. Everyone has different ability. We suggest you to take a look at the syllabus then you can decide better.
