  Yes, you may proceed to A-Level. But it is still depend on what you want to study in university. If the minimum required grade for university is Grade B for this subject, you might need to resit this subject.

  You may continue to A-Level. But it is not a “guarantee” that you will get B. It all depends on how you do in the exams.

  After graduating from IGCSE, you need to proceed to either A-Level or equivalent. SAT is the equivalent of A-Level, but only in the US.
