I had b in biology Al .my marks in paper 2 is absolutely wrong .I got 35/60 and I am sure this should be 53 . What can I do and how long the remark takes time ?

  You may want to check with the German university that you are interested in, and find out what are their entry requirements. Normally you need A-Level in order to enter university.

  Usually the minimum grades required for engineering are Grade B and above. She may want to consider resit Physics and English. It is also at her advantage if she can take one more subject, Additional Maths. This would help in engineering course application.
