I just recived my results for my o levels and i was shocked with the grades because non of them i planned for was achieved i was hoping for A* and B but actually i got in Business o level C and IT D and math E while english as a second language E does these grades means a pass grades or a fail grades because i wuz hoping to apply for the university but unfortunetly i didnt get the excpected grades

You need to check with the university for the entry requirement for the courses that you want to apply. We can’t tell you if these grades are acceptable or not.
