Hi igcse team
What are the subjects required to enter financial administration
I want to take economics administration ,administration and fiancee, thinking skills , project work, critical thinking, knowledge and enquiry, English, mathematics, culture and communication, business , business high level, mathematics high level, law, law high level
Hello There,
The “usual” entry requirement would need: English, Maths, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting
But we strongly encourage you to get the final confirmation from the university that you wish to enter. Each university has their own entry requirement.
Hi Esi,
There are many different subjects in the Science Group. You just need to choose one. There won’t be any problem if it is not required as the entry requirement for your further study.
HI, IGCSE TEAM. PLEASE CAN YOU ANSWER THIS QUETION. IF A STUDENT SITS FOR 6 SUBJECTS AND GETS 6A*s AND ANOTHER STUDENT SITS FOR 9 SUBJECTS AND GETS 7A* 2As. PLEASE WHICH ONE IS THE BETTER RESULT?
Hello there,
There is no such thing as “better result”. Your result is “as is”. As long as you fulfil the university entry requirements, that you have gotten an A* for the required subjects, that is “Excellent Result” 🙂
Hi,
I am from Malaysia and i am not schooling, i am studying at home by my own.I am not interested in Malay but my mom said that all Malaysian must take Malay. Is it true?

Hi Rebecca,
If you are living in that country and if this is one of the requirement from the government, then you ought to take the subject. You must also consider your future studies. Do you need this subject as one of the entry requirement for the university? If yes, then you must take this subject.
Otherwise, you don’t need to take this subject as it is not in the core subjects.
Hi
Is there any strict age criteria to sit for IGCSE exam in India? ( equivalent to O level)
My son will be completed 13 years in June this year. Can he do his IGCSE exam in May 2017? (He wouldn’t have completed 14 years by May)

Hi Mrs. Sivakumar,
Yes, the minimum age for IGCSE is 14. You might want to ask your local British Council for further confirmation.
