  There is no minimum age to sit for O Level examination. So, yes, it is possible. However, you need to check with your local exam centre if they would accept a candidate at this age.

Once you have decided on the subjects, you can either register through your local British Council or find a list of Cambridge registered schools in your local area to sit for the exam.
